AI chat and enquiries

When you use the AI advisor, your chat messages are sent to our AI service provider (Groq) to generate replies. Please avoid entering passwords, financial or sensitive personal information. We invite you to share your work email using an optional enquiry form. When you explicitly submit the email form or full enquiry form, we save the provided contact information and goal in our CRM and may email the LeadNearby team a notification so they can follow up. An email typed into an ordinary chat message is not automatically stored as a lead. You can decline and continue chatting. Service providers may process information under their applicable policies.

Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, communications, security, or other business operations when needed to provide the service.

Data retention
